APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Appointments are made by calling 301-657-4749. Jo is available between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (except 1pm-2pm lunch) to address billing, prescription refills, and scheduling questions. Dr. Hedaya will speak with potential patients. We have call in times daily, monday thru friday from 2:00pm to 2:25pm.

After you speak with Dr. Hedaya we will setup an evaluation date and time. We will mail, e-mail, or FAX you a questionnaire to fill out. The questionnaire is a short form that gives Dr. Hedaya a better idea of your symptoms and helps him decide if he is the right doctor for you.

Patients who are being seen for initial evaluation should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. All sessions begin and end on time as a courtesy to other patients, barring unforeseen circumstances. If appointments cannot be kept, a 48-business hour cancellation notice is required, to accommodate other patients on our waiting list and to Dr. Hedaya.
